Notes for this activity:This recreation based program, designed for both competitive and non-competitive swimmers, will provide leveled instruction in a fun and safe envrionment. Instructors may move swimmers to a different group after evaluating each particpant at the first practice.

Dolphin Group: Must be able to swim one length (25 yds) both freestyle and backstroke. Refines freestyle and backstroke technique and introduces breaststroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and finishes.

Shark Group: Must be able to appropriately swim four lengths (100 yds.) of freestyle, two length (50 yds.) of backstroke and breaststroke, and demonstrate butterfly. Builds all four competitive stroke techniques, starts, turns, finishes, and provides endurance training.

Practice will not be held on Apr 23.
Dolphin Resident Fee: $140; Non-Resident: $145
Sharks Resident Fee: $200; Non-Resident: $205

STANDARD REFUND POLICY: All requests for refunds must be received, in writing, seven working days prior to the start of a program. Fax requests for refunds are accepted at 301-934-5624. After the program has begun, a prorated refund, based on participation, may be approved if requested in writing with medical verification received prior to the end of the program. No refunds will be considered after a program has ended. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds, regardless of circumstances, unless the program is canceled by Charles County Department of Recreation, Parks, & Tourism.
TRANSFERS: All transfer requests must be received in writing. After a transfer has been made, no additional transfers or refunds will be accepted for that program.
