Notes for this activity:Attend the Basics of Basketball Summer Camp to receive focused training on the basic fundamentals and skills of basketball. Fundamentals, individual and team shooting, half and full court pressure defense, as well as structured games will be taught throughout the week. The skills and drills that we teach are stressed and implemented in structured games. During the structured play games will stop so fundamentals may be addressed. The main focus is to teach and develop the fundamentals that are important to becoming a better basketball player. Beginners, intermediate, advanced, and elite boys and girls are encouraged to register! Campers may bring their own marked age appropriate ball. Bring a bagged lunch, snacks, water bottle, towel, and bathing suit. Campers will swim daily at the Indoor Pool at North Point High School.

STANDARD REFUND POLICY: All requests for refunds must be received, in writing, seven working days prior to the start of a program. Fax requests for refunds are accepted at 301-934-5624. After the program has begun, a prorated refund, based on participation, may be approved if requested in writing with medical verification received prior to the end of the program. No refunds will be considered after a program has ended. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds, regardless of circumstances, unless the program is canceled by Charles County Department of Recreation, Parks, & Tourism.
TRANSFERS: All transfer requests must be received in writing. After a transfer has been made, no additional transfers or refunds will be accepted for that program.
